About the event
Move & Make at 101 is a feel-good Pilates and creative workshop designed to help you move, unwind, and create something beautiful to take home.
The afternoon will begin with a refreshing Pilates Mat class, suitable for all levels, focusing on strength, mobility and mindful movement. After class, we’ll move into a hands-on creative workshop with Souleá, where you’ll design and make your own handcrafted accessory, using their signature materials.
Teas, coffees and treats will be provided by 101 Limerick, giving you time to relax, connect and enjoy the experience in a warm, welcoming space.
Please note: participants are asked to bring their own Pilates mat.
