  • Dance


    We offer a range of classes in traditional Irish step dancing and Sean Nos dance. Great to just get up and get moving. Good if you want to learn a little bit about the Irish dance culture. 

  • Cardio Dance


    This is a unique way to give the full body an aerobic workout, toning and shaping your muscles through specific high and low impact movements. No dance experience required, just bring your energy. 

  • Mat Pilates

    Our mat class is a full-body workout and a great way to develop core strength, balance and flexibility throughout the whole body. The extensive mat repertoire of exercises allows the body to rediscover movement patterns and restore the mind-body connection instantly. 

  • Barre

    Barre combines Pilates, yoga and dance to deliver a transformational strengthening and toning class. Using  a barre or chair, barre practices isometric strength training with floor based exercises to strengthen the core and upper body. Suitable for everyone and no dance experience required. 

  • Yoga

    Our Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing / seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic, and classes have a variety of music and themes.
